2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

SiamRisk makes no guarantees regarding legal outcomes, police decisions, government actions, or the conduct of third parties.

All assistance is provided on a best-efforts basis, subject to local laws, regulations, and practical constraints.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging SiamRisk, the client agrees to:

– Provide accurate and complete information
– Act lawfully and in good faith
– Cooperate with any appointed legal professionals
– Respect local laws, customs, and procedures

SiamRisk reserves the right to refuse or discontinue assistance if misleading, incomplete, or unlawful information is provided.

4. Fees & Payments

– Services are provided subject to a written engagement confirmation.
– Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
– Third-party costs (lawyers, investigators, translators, official fees, etc.) are payable separately by the client.
– No refunds are provided once services have commenced.

5. Third-Party Providers

Where SiamRisk refers or coordinates with independent professionals (lawyers, consultants, interpreters, security specialists, etc.), these parties are independent contractors and not employees of SiamRisk.

SiamRisk is not liable for their actions, advice, or decisions.

6. Confidentiality

SiamRisk treats all client information as confidential and will only share it with third parties where necessary to provide assistance, or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiamRisk shall not be liable for:

– Indirect, consequential, or reputational damages
– Loss of income or opportunity
– Decisions made by authorities or courts
– Delays caused by external parties

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
